As we approach the conclusion of the impactful four-year All-Around Culture Programme, which has positively influenced over 90 Cultural Entities and 31 Artists & Activists operating in Southern Mediterranean countries, we are entering a crucial phase: the Final External Evaluation.

We are seeking experienced evaluators to lead a comprehensive assessment of the programme’s performance and impact. The intention of this evaluation is to analyse the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact of the All-Around Culture programme implemented through its various components. 

If you hold a Master’s degree or have professional experience in civil society, arts and culture, development, or related fields, and have at least 5 years of experience in external monitoring and evaluation, including for EU or internationally funded programmes, we invite you to apply!
